- Confirm if the student is able to view websites on chrome and send a test email. If either is successful then it’s not a WiFi Issue – it’s an app issue.
- Confirm that wifi is turned on the device.
- Check to make sure that the student is signed into his her apple id account NOT their personal itunes account.
- Confirm that there are no pending OS updates on the device.
- Confirm that "Private Address" is turned OFF in the student's designated network's settings

On your iPad, select the appropriate network as per your grade, click the "i" icon and turn off "Private Address"

- If the issue still persists then student can submit a support ticket.
