Please review the following guidelines for portal support requests:
- Only Non-Household Contacts (individuals not living at the same address as the student and primary guardian) can be added via Portal.
- Household adjustments can only be made by the primary parent/guardian listed.
- Parent/Guardians are advised not to use the same email address for their accounts. For example: John Smith and Mary Smith SHOULD NOT use smithfamily@gmail.com as the email address for their individual accounts. Duplicate email addresses in individual accounts could result in missed correspondences.
- When submitting a Portal Support Request form, follow the directions and be sure to include both the STUDENT’S Information AND the Parent/Guardian information.
- Only listed Parent/Guardians or active SAHS students can make Portal Support requests. Any requests made from a non-listed email address for parent/guardian will be denied.
- Household contacts or guardian listing adjustments can requested via email to registrar@stanthonyshs.org.
Please include the following information when requesting the addition of a contact:
- Related student's First and Last Name
- New contact's First & Last Name
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Home/Office/Cell Phone Number
- Is this individual an Emergency Contact? If so, what is his/her designated contact sequence. (For example: primary contact person would be designated as #1)
- Is this individual a legal guardian?
- Is this individual authorized to receive postal mail correspondence?
- Is this individual authorized to receive an SAHS Infinite Campus parent/guardian portal account?
- Is the individual authorized to receive messages sent by SAHS Infinite Campus?
